Tectonic started as a vision for radical community in an upscale setting. We want to provide unforgettable nights out and an opportunity to come together with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community from all walks of life while simultaneously breaking the myth that employees need to work back-breaking hours for minimum wage for the club to be successful. Every room, every sound, every surface in Tectonic is painstaking curated to give our customers a nightclub experience they’ve never had in Salem, while our compressed work week, thriving wage, and day one healthcare take care of our staff.

Our club

Tectonic boasts a state-of-the-art soundscape driven by a Void Acoustics system: a globally recognized brand favored by renowned clubs for its clarity, power, and immersive listening experience. This system ensures both dancefloors – catering to diverse musical preferences – pulsate with vibrant energy. Additionally, a dedicated Show Bar area provides a platform for our electrifying Drag shows and other exciting events.

Beyond the sonic experience, Tectonic offers a unique architectural blend: housed within a revitalized warehouse, the space retains its industrial charm. This historical foundation seamlessly integrates with modern elements like LED dancefloors and sleek leatherette furniture, creating a luxurious ambience within the industrial shell.

We encourage ride sharing to and from Tectonic, both due to limited parking and to ensure patron safety.
